A vintage platinum pear shaped sapphire and diamond pendant on a 14k white gold decorative chain. We believe this was originally a stick pin but converted to a pendant. The sapphire has an estimated carat weight of 1.06ct and there are 6 diamonds that have a total estimated carat weight of 0.04ct. The chain is 16 inches. In great condition.
